This newly built residential complex is a perfect example of the properties preferred by younger professionals.

Such complexes have good locations, tall buildings offering panoramic views from the upper floors and ground floors dedicated to shops and other facilities, essential for a comfortable and busy lifestyle.     

Our project is an apartment on the 21st floor with beautiful views and a total area of 71 sq.m.

This newly built residential complex is a perfect example of the properties preferred by younger professionals.

Such complexes have good locations, tall buildings offering panoramic views from the upper floors and ground floors dedicated to shops and other facilities, essential for a comfortable and busy lifestyle.

Although the entryway is quite small and narrow, it is fully functional with the direct access to a substantial storage room, where cleaning equipment, shoes, 4 seasons outerwear and other items are kept away from the public areas

Our custom made Aphrodite collection wall mirror in the size of 150x120cm serves several purposes. It’s essential for daily use, it brings the depth to the narrow space and it is a statement decoration item by itself.

Although the entryway is quite small and narrow, it is fully functional with the direct access to a substantial storage room, where cleaning equipment, shoes, 4 seasons outerwear and other items are kept away from the public areas

The initial developer’s layout suggested 2 bedrooms and a narrow kitchen/living room all having separate panoramic windows.

We removed the second bedroom and created one open living and dining space.

A U-shaped sofa is comfortable and spacious with seats for a group of 6 people.

Technically the kitchen is a part of the living and dining area, but it is smartly hidden in the niche with an easy access to the dining table.

Plenty of upper and lower storage and all necessary modern equipment make it a perfect space for cooking and socializing. 

The dining area features big table for 8 people. Such table is a very practical solution for small apartments which can be used not only for meals. It becomes a spacious work and study area during the day and a great party space for family and friends in the evenings.

Custom made TV wall has open and closed storage compartments and a stylish black backdrop.

Initially planned as a guest toilet, this space was redesigned into a bathroom. It has a  convenient shower screen, open shelf system for a washing machine and a dryer, wall mounted sink vanity with storage and an open shelf under it.  

It might be very compact, but Calacatta marble tile slabs for walls and floors bring that affordable luxury touch to the space.

This room was planned as a suite bathroom in the original layout. We designed it as a child’s room in a happy and bright colour palette.

For the bed we used glossy, child-safe paint, perfect for small spaces as it reflects a lot of light and is very easy to clean. 

The world map mural is not only educational and fun, but acts as a visual space opener in the room.

The bedroom has everything a modern luxury stands for: a panoramic window with the view, bespoke wardrobe solution, vanity and a TV set. 

The bed head is surrounded by a niche, a cozy shelter for a deep night sleep. The wardrobe has all types of  storage: hangers for long evening gowns, shelves for casual daily outfits and drawers for accessories.
